About

I’ve spent the last decade oscillating between two worlds. One, the world of brave action: building products and businesses, making ideas happen, pushing the limits of my sense of what is possible, and finding purpose in creation and forward motion. The other was psychotherapy and the contemplative traditions: learning to stay with experience, to soften, to bring to light the beliefs shaping and controlling my experience and to see the parts of myself I’d rather not.

Almost every approach or community I came across emphasised one at the expense of the other: achievement without inner development, or inner development at the expense of ambition.

It is in brave action that we expand the aperture of our potential, that we discover a direction, create clarity and act to build the vision we have for our lives. But it is only with the insights of meditation and psychotherapy that we actually get to experience it — to see the journey of setbacks, wins, joy and loss as the tapestry of human experience that connects us to ourselves, our loved ones and life itself.

Potential Space is a framework that integrates both; a set of digital tools supported by live coaching for people who want to grow spiritually, emotionally, relationally through brave action, and build the life they want without missing the life they have.

Principles

State

State is your experience of life from day to day: how you take in the world’s energy, and the energy you put back into it.

Vision

Vision is getting clear on what you want your life to look like, so the way you live today can move you toward the life you want to create.

Meaningful Productivity

This is not productivity for productivity’s sake. It is about discovering the work, practices, and commitments that make you feel meaningfully engaged, then building forward motion around them. The goal is not to do more, faster, but to move with clarity, purpose, and connection toward a life that feels yours.

Approach

  1. Cultivate Awareness

    • Discover what makes you meaningfully engaged
    • Reveal and unashamedly own the deep intention and vision for your life
    • Meet your fear system and how it holds you back while trying to protect you
  2. Action & Integration

    • Action produces information. Instead of thinking and planning, we rapid prototype
    • Come to know and accept failure as a necessary part of the journey
    • Learn to integrate what action brings up, as a tool for self-understanding and spiritual growth
  3. Build a Process

    • Consistency creates outcomes. Start to find meaning in the process
    • Build rituals that keep you aligned and connected to yourself and others
    • Keep clarifying your vision, and turning it into meaningful forward motion

Programs

Coaching

Programs give you a structured path: a curriculum, tools, and a clear arc from where you are to where you want to be. But not everyone needs that shape of support.

One-on-one coaching is for when you want something more open and bespoke — a dedicated space to work on what is actually live for you, without a fixed syllabus or cohort.

That might be a career transition, a pattern that keeps you stuck, building momentum on a vision, or integrating what your actions are teaching you about yourself. It is the same Potential Space framework — brave action and inner development together — shaped entirely around your situation.

Sessions are conversational, practical, and focused on clarity and forward motion. Get in touch if you would like to explore working together.
